Andrew Higgs

Andrew Higgs is one of the founding members of Tri-Direct and he is responsible for Door-to-Door, IT, and investments within the company.

Andrew began his career in 1981 with British Telecom as a Systems Analyst/Programmer having completed a Philosophy Degree at York University.  From British Telecom he joined the Army in 1982 taking a commission with the Royal Corps of Signals. 

After leaving the Army in the rank of Captain in 1986, Andrew joined Nationwide Direct Marketing as Marketing Manager where he gained invaluable insight into direct marketing.  After substantially growing the business, Andrew was appointed General Manager.

From Nationwide Direct Marketing, Andrew joined the other founding members to build Tri-Direct in 1989.  As well as his key areas of responsibilities that including Door-to-door activity, he has overseen the implementation of the company IT platform which in turn has led to the development of Paragon, the UK’s leading bespoke targeting system for door drops, and overseen the roll out of NExUS, a groundbreaking planning and buying tool.
