Steve Reid

Steve Reid joined Tri-Direct in 1998 to head up Media Sales.  He is responsible for selling the company’s portfolio of managed list and insert opportunities and has been a driving force in turning what was originally a sideline into a thriving area of the business.

Steve has a wealth of sales and sales management experience spanning some twenty years.  Steve has expertise in all aspects of sales: telesales, field sales and sales training.  He strongly believes that training and development is crucial to ongoing success and dedicates a lot of his personal time to the training of others.

Now a Director of Tri-Direct, Steve has been responsible for revamping and implementing new sales processes within the company.  This includes a dedicated web based resource for buyers - The List & Insert Browser - and a fast count system, both of which have had a significant impact on results and targets.  As a member of the board of directors, Steve is also responsible for internal communication and staff development.

Steve is keen on on-going personal development and has recently been awarded his Diploma in Company Direction through The Institute of Directors to equip him with current practice in company management and leadership skills.
