Head of Digital appointed to Tri-Direct
Brand response agency Tri-Direct has hired a new Head of Digital in Mark Ash to join the senior management team. Ash will be responsible at Tri-Direct for planning and providing digital marketing opportunities for clients and will liaise with the account teams at the agency to integrate these opportunities across their client portfolio.
Ash will also work with other media specialists to integrate digital proposals into new business development and execute digital marketing briefs.
Ash moves to Tri-Direct following a spell at BT as a business analyst responsible for web analytics across BT’s network of websites. Before working at BT, Mark held the role of Web Development Manager at telewest.co.uk where he was responsible for improving online sales conversion and oversaw the latest re-design of the telewest consumer website. Previous to this he spent several years honing his skills across the various online disciplines at DoubleClick.
In the immediate instance Mark will begin working on email activity and online display for Hiscox, individual film releases for Vue cinemas, and display activity for Regus.
Speaking about his appointment, Mark Ash said: “I relish the idea of working for a brand response agency, and being exposed to other channels of direct marketing, i.e. inserts and door to door, as well as working with planners and buyers buying all media. I believe that Tri-Direct is well placed to build on its current success – and I want to be part of that”.
